KUALA LUMPUR, 26 June 2026 - Ikhlas Com Travel & Umrah Sdn Bhd (ikhlas.com) continues to strengthen its role as a comprehensive Muslim lifestyle platform with the launch of the ikhlas.com Half Marathon 2026, an initiative aimed at promoting wellness, fitness and healthy living among Malaysians.
Guided by the tagline “Run with Purpose, Every Step Matters”, the event reflects ikhlas.com’s commitment to encouraging healthier lifestyles while strengthening communities through a purpose-driven movement focused on fitness, wellbeing and personal growth.
Set to take place at Dataran Kemerdekaan Shah Alam on 6 December 2026, the marathon is expected to bring together thousands of participants from across the country in a community movement that celebrates fitness, resilience and wellbeing. Through this platform, ikhlas.com hopes to inspire more Malaysians to embrace physical activity as a part of a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

The ikhlas.com Half Marathon also reflects the growing popularity of running as a lifestyle activity, particularly among younger generations, while leveraging this trend to raise awareness of both physical and mental wellbeing. Designed as an inclusive platform, the event is open to people of all races, religions, ages and backgrounds, bringing communities together through a shared passion for fitness, endurance and personal achievement.
Participants may choose from three race categories comprising the 5 kilometers (km), 10km and 21km, catering to runners of varying fitness levels and experience. Registration is now officially open to the public, with early bird rates available from 26 June to 2 July 2026:
Normal registration will run from 3 July to 16 August 2026, followed by late registration from 17 August to 15 October 2026. Members of the public may register through the official event website beginning 26 June 2026.
