Capital A Berhad (“Capital A”) has released the operating statistics for the Second Quarter of the Financial Year 2026 (“2Q2026”). These figures cover the Group’s engineering, logistics, online travel agency (“OTA”), brand and IP, as well as food and beverage segments.

Capital A Berhad (“Capital A” atau “Syarikat”) hari ini menerima notifikasi rasmi daripada Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad bahawa Capital A akan dilepaskan dari status Nota Amalan 17 (PN17) berkuat kuasa jam 9.00 pagi, Rabu, 20 Mei 2026. Perkembangan ini menyusuli kejayaan pelaksanaan pelan regularisasi Syarikat, sekali gus menamatkan secara rasmi tempoh penstrukturan semula selama enam tahun dan membuka fasa baharu pertumbuhan Capital A.

Capital A Berhad (“Capital A” or the ‘Company’) today received the approval from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for the upliftment of Capital A from being classified as a PN17 company effective from 9:00AM, Wednesday, 20 May 2026. This follows the successful completion of the Company’s regularisation plan, which brings a definitive close to a six-year long restructuring chapter and the start for Capital A’s next high-growth journey.

Capital A Berhad’ (“Capital A”) has received the High Court of Malaya’s approval on capital reduction of RM5,507,594,000 today, marking the completion of all major steps required under Capital A’s regularisation plan. The regularisation plan will be completed upon lodgement of the High Court sealed order with the Registrar of Companies by next week.

Capital A Berhad (“Capital A” or “the Group”) wishes to clarify that Bursa Securities’ decision not to approve Capital A’s application for an extension of time to complete the implementation of the Distribution has no material impact on the Group’s ongoing corporate exercises. There is no change to the Group’s strategy. The only effect is a slight revision to the completion timeline.
